Business Development Associate

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, market research and bring up the sales.

NOTE:- GC/USC only . We do not sponsor any types of visas. Local to Indianapolis is preferred. Freshers can also apply.This role is on W2.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote the company’s brand as an attractive employer.

• Create content for social media, websites, and other platforms that highlights company culture, employee stories, and benefits.

• Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract potential candidates.

• Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure they align with the company’s brand and voice.

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to create targeted marketing strategies for specific roles or departments.

• Manage the company’s social media channels with a focus on recruitment and employer branding.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and share content that attracts potential employees.

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor employer branding, and best practices in HR marketing.

• Analyze data from recruitment campaigns to assess their effectiveness and optimize future efforts.

• Work closely with HR to understand recruitment needs and employee engagement goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align HR marketing strategies with the overall brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
